The Mountain Under The Trees

This musical soundscape is highly inspired by "music for indigo" off of Adrianne Lenker's new album "instrumentals." It incorporates field recordings from the Bill Jarvis Migratory Bird Sanctuary near Belmont Harbor, which I took as part of a couple different assignments for school. You will also hear my own guitar work as well.

I tried not to make too many edits to the original recordings, but I did have to do a bit of equalization to remove the hum of Chicago's Lake Shore Drive.

Everything was recorded on a Zoom H6.
